Fresh Herb & Lemon Dip
Ingredients:

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves
1 small piece fresh lemon peel, fresh, white pith removed
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 small garlic clove
8 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened and cut into one-inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Place thyme, oregano, garlic and lemon peel in chopper. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese and pepper. Pulse until combined.
  3. Add lemon juice and pulse until mixture is smooth.
