Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Overnight Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) old-fashioned oatmeal
2 cups (500 ml) water
1/4 cup (60 ml) dried apples, chopped
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp (0.65 ml) cinnamon
sugar or sweetener, to taste
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter, optional

Directions:

  1. Place oatmeal, water, dried apples, salt, and cinnamon into cooking pot.
  2. Set Simplicity Cooker: Delay Start (at least 6 hours or overnight)
  3. Boil/Simmer: 5 minutes
  4. Optional: Stir in sugar and butter.

Serves: 2
